My computer is equipped with a PCI SCSI adapter (Adaptec 2910B), a Pioneer SCSI CD-ROM and a Panasonic SCSI CD burner. I use MS Windows 98SE. Everything was working fine on my computer until I installed the drivers for my DC-240. After the installation and the reboot, my SCSI Drives had disapeared in Windows !

If so, first run an anti-virus program with the latest virus definitions. Boot sector viruses can cause this.

problems with t2p4 + sc200 Scsi
The hard drive is shown as unit 0 on the scsi.device, but the CD-ROM doesn't show under either. It couldn't have just disapeared, since I didn't touch any hardware, and it was working fine until the CD0: file was overwritten. Is there some extra utility or program that needs to be run to get this CD-ROM recognized?
